Record Sleep
You can log sleep so that you can see how it influences your child’s daily functioning and regulation, as well as monitor how other external factors impact sleep.
1. Keep notes from your therapy sessions so you never forget what strategies you discussed with an allied health professional

You can turn medication off to Not Taking if they stop a medication. All the previous records will still exist.

Recording sleep
When you look at data over a period of time it is much easier to identify triggers/patterns and impact of changes (adding medication)
To ensure your child’s psychologist/OT/paediatrician/etc has the most accurate information to make decisions, share a PDF extract of everything you have recorded for a week or month period.
